Q: Where are you based?

A:  LASJ is based in London (and sometimes in Norfolk when I take a break from uni). I work from my little desk. No doubt you will notice a lot of photographs of my work space on the blog!

Q: How can I contact you?

Q: How can I see the lasj Facebook and twitter page?

A: Click on the tabs on the blog home page "Like Me" and "Tweet Me" or visit: http://www.facebook.com/littleaprilshowersjewellery OR @lasjewellery.

Q: How do I order an item I have seen on your Twitter, Facebook or blog page?

A: Simply go to the website, add the item to your basket, then checkout using Paypal... easy as that! If you can't find what you're looking for, email me, comment on the blog wall or comment on my Facebook/Twitter page.

Q: How much is postage?

A: To the UK Mainland, POSTAGE IS ONLY £1! Anywhere outside the UK, please contact me: little-april-showers-jewellery@hotmail.co.uk

Q: Do you post Worldwide?

A: Yes, please contact me for a postage quote before purchasing.

Q: How are items packaged and sent?

A: All items come well wrapped and presented. Stud Earrings come in a decorative box to ensure they don't get damaged from the naughty heavy-handed postmen! Smaller orders are sent in bubble wrapped envelopes (regular jiffy bag) and larger orders are packed in cardboard boxes. Parcels are sent Royal Mail Second Class Standard. Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: It may take up to a week for your order to arrive depending on the amount of other orders recieved that week and the reliability of the Royal Mail. Please note Second Class Standard mail usually takes 3-5 working days to process. An email will be sent to you as soon as the order is recieved, giving a rough arrival date. Q: Can you post First Class or any other service?

A: Yes I can work around your needs but postage costs will apply. For a standard parcel, First Class post will cost £2.00. For any other service or larger orders, please email me. (little-april-showers-jewellery@hotmail.co.uk). For more info visit the "Delivery" tab on the lasj website.

Q: What if I wanted to make a gift order?

A: I advise you make the order 12 days in advance to allow for the odd occassion that a certain part might be out of stock and to allow for delivery. Please also let me know upon purchase as I can wrap it up with ribbon for you and take off any price tags. If you need it for a specific date, order well in advance of the 12 days or you could opt for a First Class posting option at an extra £2.00.

Q: Can I find your jewellery in any high street shops?

A: Nope, I am based solely online but anyone wishing to stock any of my items, feel free to contact me.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes, I try my best to meet your needs. If there's anything you wish to ask me all you need to do is contact me! In the past I have helped a lady with her wedding jewellery/favours, designed custom pieces for uni friends and worked with a number of companies wanting their logo incorporated into some jewellery.

Q: What is your price range?

A: General prices range from £2.00-£8.50. Earrings range from £2.00-£3.00 pair, Rings are £3.00 each, Necklaces range from £4.00-£8.50, Brooches/Badges/Keyrings are all £2.00-£3.00 each and Bracelets are only £3.00 each.

Q: What are your best sellers?

A: The best selling items have to be the Scrabble jewellery! People love matching jewellery and customised name rings and necklaces. Second to that has to be the Summer Rose range and third would be the hand drawn stud earring collection, all available on the lasj website.

Q: Do you sell matching sets?

A: Yes, on the website there is a "Ranges" tab you can visit to find a collection of jewellery with matching rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces etc.

Q: What type of chains are used in a standard necklace? 

A: You can choose from gold or silver tone fine neck chains. Most necklaces are available on a long 24" or short 18" chain but please check listings before ordering.

Q: Are your ear studs nickel free?

A: Yes, in the UK there are regulations on nickel. Regulations demand that all items touching or coming into contact with the skin should be nickel free. Therefore all my stud earrings use gold or silver plated NICKEL FREE ear posts as stated by my supplier.

Q: Does lasj have a newsletter?

A: Yes, there is a monthly newsletter you can sign up to on the lasj website. Don't worry, your email address is for my eyes only!

Q: Where can I find news and info on new products?

A: Sign up to the monthly newsletter, or look out for info on twitter, Facebook or on the blog wall.

Q: Where can I enter lasj competitions?

A: The blog is the hub of all lasj competitions so keep your eyes open for a chance to win some free jewels!
